Problem

The kitchen, a space known for its high levels of moisture and humidity, requires special attention when it comes to cabinets. Without a proper system in place, it is easy for leakages or damages to go undetected until it is too late to find a remedy.

These hidden spaces can also be a breeding ground for all sorts of contaminants; from insects to fungi and bacteria.

Hybrid Kitchen Cabinet System

Designers are constantly pushing the boundaries, striving to craft the ultimate modular kitchen system that prioritizes both customization and durability.

However, as with any design, there is an inherent element of uncertainty regarding its ultimate usage.

Cubotic adopts a frame system that allows for easy updates and maintenance without disrupting the overall structure of the existing installed kitchen.

This enables proactive prevention of potential kitchen issues, resulting in a smooth running space.

Cubotic System

Variations

Visible Frame

In this configuration, each cabinet seamlessly slides into its own lattice within the cubotic frames, creating a striking visual pattern that alternates between the frames and cabinets, defining the system’s overall aesthetic.

Each cabinet can be uniquely designed and detailed, functioning as a structurally independent unit within the system.

The cabinets have the flexibility to project in or out of the frame, and the shutters can be positioned either inset or outset according to design preferences.

Any issues or problems in a particular area can be easily addressed through access to individual cabinets while leaving the rest of the system untouched.

Invisible Frame

In this setup, individual panels are inserted into the lattice created by the cubotic frames, ensuring complete independence from one another. Shutters are designed to overlap the frames, allowing the design of the shutters to drive the overall aesthetic of the kitchen.

Each panel can be manufactured with its own specifications, offering versatility and customization options.

The frame directly supports the shutters and can be fixed inset or outset based on design considerations.

Addressing any issues in a specific area involves treating the corresponding panel, and keeping rest of the kitchen untouched.

Let's reinvent your kitchen together.
